We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for the Wellbeing Trust of the Year Award- sponsored by The Key.

The Optimus Education MAT Excellence Awards are taking place on Thursday 19 June 2025 in London. The MAT Excellence Awards are all about celebrating excellence and impact in trusts and companies that support trusts.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Trust are invested in our staff wellbeing through comprehensive staff policies and support, including offering staff wellbeing days, an Employee Assistance Programme, mental health initiatives, flexible working and perks such as free meals and gym access. Our commitment to our values of positivity, empathy and inclusivity fosters a healthy work-life balance.

We are also heavily invested in our pupil wellbeing at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½. For example, we have Pastoral Support Systems in place. Our wonderful, designated pastoral leaders provide individual and group support for pupils experiencing mental health challenges. We follow a Healthy Schools Initiative offering balanced and nutritious meals – some of which are cooked by pupils themselves - promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

We are excited to be part of these celebrations and to have been shortlisted for this award.
